List of Armaments:

WeaponRatioHitsAmmoSpeedRangeDescription
Punch Unit100%1 hit1.010 shots per 7 secondsMedium [Melee], Narrow

Arma launches a large mechanical fist forward. A standard weapon.

Hammer Arm100%1 hit1.010 hammers per 8 secondsMedium [Melee], Complete-Narrow

Upon use, black spheres (hammers) are released. Hammers rotate around Arma and will naturally align themselves such that each hammer is equidistant from one another. You can have as many as 6 hammers rotating around you at any given time. Great as a shield.

Full Moon Unit100%1 hit0.520 shots per 15 secondsMedium [Projectile], Narrow

Arma fires a saw blade that passes through enemies. It's possible to hit multiple enemies with this weapon, but each blade can only hit any particular enemy once. After the blade shoots out a certain distance, it returns to Arma. The blade tends to swerve off a bit during flight, so it's possible to hit Eastern Island Heads when standing just outside of their line of fire. This weapon can be used to deal with Knights by sending out a blade to the side of a Knight, then walking into the path of the Knight to bait it to attack.

Flamethrower Unit25%1 hit0.520 shots per 4 secondsMedium [Projectile], Acute

Arma sprays flames in one direction. The flames can hit multiple enemies and will pass through enemies, but each enemy can only get hit by each wave of fire once. This weapon is not really worth the effort in synthesizing, in my opinion.

Gatling Unit12.5%
(62.5%)
5 hits0.1500 shots per 14 secondsMedium [Projectile], Narrow

Arma riddles the area in front of her with a stream of bullets. The bullets have a chance of bouncing off the floor, allowing them to reach the edge of the screen. This weapon can be used to defeat a number of bosses fairly quickly due to the sheer number of hits (and the fact that 0 damage is impossible).

O Parts25%
(100%)
4 hits0.2200 shots per 4 secondsVery Long [Projectile], Wide

Undoubtedly one of, if not the, best projectile weapons for several reasons. Firstly, the bullets spread across a wide angle (roughly 120 degrees). The bullets initially fire from Arma's right side. Because of this, it's easy to take out enemies that use projectiles to attack (eg. Kobolds, Ahrimans, Eastern Island Heads). Secondly, it's great for many bosses for the same reason as Gatling Unit (ie. the number of bullets fired). You will likely be carrying this weapon with you on most of your travels with Arma.

Drill Unit50%
(150%)
3 hits0.5Up to 4 secondsShort [Melee], Narrow

Easily the best melee weapon that Arma can use up to this point. Drill Unit can be used continuously until all the ammo has been expended by pressing and holding the attack button. The damage rate of this weapon is excellent. Another weapon that you will likely be carrying with you on many of your travels with Arma.

Gamble50%1 hit0.1100 shots per 8 secondsVery Long [Projectile], Wide

Arma fires a number of different coloured spheres in random directions. Due to the vast variation of direction, this weapon is not a particularly useful weapon at long-range unless there are many targets. It's much more effective at close range.

Crisis Cannon175%1 hit1.010 shots per 10 seconds Very Long [Projectile], Narrow

Arma fires a beam straight forward. Despite is great damage, it is Arma's slowest weapon up to this point. Because of its slow firing rate, it is not very well-suited as a primary weapon.

Messiah------------ [Messiah]
Gravity Cannon----1 hit0.520 shots per 20 secondsVery Long [Projectile], Narrow

This is essentially a more ammo-efficient Crisis Cannon. Rather than consuming 1 point of ammo each shot, it only uses 0.5 points. Everything else is generally the same other than the colour of the beam (black).

Chaos Maker375%1 hit1.010 shots per 7.5 secondsMedium [Melee], Radius

Arma creates a small, high-powered explosion in front of her. The explosion is not large enough to be able to hit airborne enemies.

Falling Rocks----3 Spinning Fish----

Pandora is a mysterious weapon that randomly takes on the form of another one of Arma's weapons. The possible weapons that it may take the form of are listed in the table to the left. There is a chance that the weapon may actually call a trap (the Falling Rocks trap and the 3 Spinning Fish trap) instead of fire. Should this happen, you will not use any ammo for the shot.

The type of weapon that this weapon takes the form of will remain the same until the ammo bar is completely depleted.

One and Only137.5%
(687.5%)
5 hits0.520 shots per 22 secondsVery Long [Projectile], Lock-on

Arma fires 5 beams that initially spread out behind her. The beams lock onto targets on their own. On contact with an enemy (or the ground), the beams will cause a small explosion.

Since the beams fire backwards initially, it's not a good idea to fire the weapon backed up against a wall as the beams will hit the wall instead (you will not get hurt if you are within range of the explosions). The beams appear in front of Arma, so if you're too close to a wall, it's possible for the beams to get stopped by the wall before they spread out behind Arma.

It is better to fire the weapon facing away from the target so the beams don't have to curve back around. Since the beams lock onto targets, it's possible to hit airborne enemies with this weapon.

Skill(s):

Skill NameLevelSPTimeDescription
Vector-Cannon
InitialAll4.500s

Arma takes out an enigmatic ancient super-weapon. After charging, it releasing an overwhelming beam forward. Even when hitting a Will-o-Wisp at level 1, it can do 600 damage. From the start to the finish, Arma is gifted with the Hyper Armour status. It's not possible to become invincible.

With One and Only, many of the Crystal of Nightmare bosses (Boss Rush) can be defeated by a single shot from Vector-Cannon. Arma loses about 2/3 of her total HP (~3,000 damage). Kanea Luma Honuaa will only lose about 1,000 HP.

This skill is ineffective against Pele Ka Mapuaa while he's upright.

Arma has undergone many changes during the transition from 1.0x to 1.1x. Arma now boasts the greatest SP, but that is also her downfall. Since Vector-Cannon now requires all of Arma's SP, you will need to use items that are not easy to come by (ie. they have to be synthesized) to be able to use it repeatedly.

Arma's Defenses have been greatly compromised, though it is still possible for her to get to 2nd place for Defense. Her lack of equippable categories restricts the number of choices a player has to reach the highest possible Defense or M.Defense she can obtain. However, this may make things easier for a player to choose which item to switch out if they prefer to use the Rocket Boots. Aside from Defenses, Arma remains about the same. She comes in 2nd place for Attack (next to Eran by 5 points).

Despite Arma's lack of categorical item choices, she offers the greatest customizability when it comes to armaments (a possible origin of her name). Each of Arma's weapons result in a different type of attack, so whether you prefer short- or long-ranged weapons, you can choose by your preference. My personal opinion on Arma's weapons (up to Crisis Cannon, including all weapons prior to it) is that the combination of O Parts and Drill Unit is easily the best choice. O Parts can be used to take on targets that are difficult to get to (eg. squads of Throwing Kobolds, Eastern Island Heads, etc.), while Drill Unit can be used to take on other enemies to deal large amounts of damage quickly.

Arma's attack speeds vary greatly from weapon to weapon. Arma has both slow (eg. Crisis Cannon) and quick (eg. Gatling Unit) weapons.

Arma's movement speed is about the same as most of the other adventurers normally, but with the addition of the Rocket Boots, her movement speed surpasses that of even Nagi's running speed.

As mentioned previously, Arma's one and only skill, Vector-Cannon, consumes all of her SP in one go, and it requires all of it (ie. you cannot use it at 50% SP for half efficiency). Because of this, it's only possible to use it once per level during the duration of a dungeon without the aid of SP-recovery items. It could be argued that it's because the skill is simply that great, but it offers a feeling that it's better to rely on equipment than skills for Arma.

Arma has an ammunition bar that appears in the same spot as Tiers' power bar. This bar is a measurement of the number of shots the player can fire before needing to wait to reload. The bar will reload automatically when it has been completely depleted, and upon entering the next floor.

Arma suffers when it comes to fighting airborne enemies. Most of her weapons are designed such that the enemy must be low to the ground to land a hit on them. This is greatly notable in such situations as when fighting Kanea Luma Honuaa. Her lowered defenses make her possibly less survivable than she previously was in 1.0x despite her still high HP.

Arma's Vector-Cannon is really a double-edged sword. On the one hand, you receive Hyper Armour status and can deal massive amounts of damage. On the other, you can only use it once per level without the aid of SP recovery items, and you're forced in place for 4.5 seconds before Arma actually fires. This gives enemies ample time to move out of the way. It's somewhat questionable as to whether using Vector-Cannon is a good idea. It's possible to do roughly twice as much damage in a single shot as firing One and Only repeatedly during the same amount of time.
