Regular "Mushrooms" will not attack or move. These types only appear during specific boss fights (i.e. every Jijio fight).
Jumpers are just that. They attack by jumping at you.
Diggers will burrow into the ground and pop up in another spot in the area.
Like Slimes, touching a Mushroom will result in you getting hurt. Even if it's the stationary type.
