Enemies

Enemies in Tokkyu Tenshi are generally harmless unless you run into them. All enemies can be taken out with a properly timed jump.

Mushrooms and Bunnies can only be found moving along the ground. They are really only dangerous in secluded areas.

Ahrimans often move either up and down or left and right. Unlike in Chantelise and Recettear, where Ahrimans would shoot beams from their eyes, they are pretty much harmless in Tokkyu Tenshi. They are often needed to get across long chasms where Springs and Jumping boards are not present.

Messengers are, simply put, additional players. Messengers will try to get in your way in an attempt to get to the goal faster than you. You can execute your abilities on messengers to slow their advance, but you cannot completely get rid of one.

Bombs are essentially just like any other enemy, but there is something to watch out with them. When destroyed, they will often explode, causing the messenger that touched it to fall to the ground (or into a hole). It is possible with a properly-timed jump to destroy them without consequence.

Pumpkins are like previous enemies and will not attack you. They are usually found sitting in one spot.

Kane Lu Honua (Golem, Boss) appears in Final Stage B - Garden where wind blows and it is your task to escape from it. Kane Lu Honua will not attack you with his arms (or eye beam like in Chantelise), but will try to trample you by running over you or jumping. You can slow him down by using weapons on him, but if you want to obtain the title, don't attack him.

Peleka Mapuaa (Crab, Boss) appears in Final Stage A - An old bridge inspector and Final Stage C - The town of a nightmare as the black form. Peleka Mapuaa must be defeated in each stage by using Bombs to flip him over so you can jump on his vulnerable underside. The black version has a third stage where it attaches itself to the ceiling and you must resort to Bombs (weapons) or destroying Bombs (enemies) to bring him down where you can attack him as usual.

The Dragon (Boss) appears in Final Stage E - Castle in the Sky. You cannot defeat him through attacks, but you can force him off the screen by doing so, a task necessary to get through all 3 laps of the stage. The Dragon has 4 different attacks that he will use to try to stop you: 3 consecutive blue fireballs, 2 consecutive red fireballs, a fire spray, and an electrical charge-up attack.
